Children of the Shrubbery, aka Where’s Creepy Waldo?

Nathan Reist was an amateur photographer and school teacher in Lititz, PA around the turn of the twentieth century.  His archives now reside in a shoebox on the bottom shelf of the bookcase in the shop area of the Lancaster County Historical Society.  They are on sale for a dollar a print.  A closer look reveals that he was a creepy amateur photographer and school teacher.COS1

    Nathan Reist was NOT creepy! He lived beside my husband’s grandparents and taught his grandmother the value of our heritage and antiques and educated her about birds, plants and nature. He is highly regarded by family members.
